If you take comfort in the clarity of your ripes, then Fuhai 7588 is the Linus Blanket of ripes. Dry in hot clay it gives off a bit of saltiness. The wet aroma is of vanilla, milk chocolate, camphor, and something slightly vegetal.
Bittersweet, slightly camphorous, a tannic finish with an expansive Mt Shasta cooling in the mouth. Short infusions highlight the 7588’s creamy vanilla attributes, tannic but less cooling, with a strong Moon Pie aftertaste, chocolate with marshmallow.
