This tea is taken from the natural environs of some of the oldest Jing Mai material on the planet and after a year of storage is starting to develop a character reflective of its price. The bitterness and astringency is little. The huigan is quick. It possesses all of the requisite properties Jing Mai tea, the orchid fragrance included. An Dan Tea Co is a boutique producer that uses wild- planted tea which is not grown with commercial fertilizers or pesticides. Their trees grow wild in balance with beneficial and harmful insects.
