This spry Jingmai is part of a hefty 1 kilo cake. Bright bold aroma, heavily coating empty cup (this is called guabei in mandarin). Very sweet. Lively, clean, and refreshing, reaching throat. Incredibly consistent from one infusion to the next. A steady, friendly personality. Flavours conjure qualities of nectarine, mountain streams, and honeysuckle. Huigan excels, truly quick, thick, sweet, and long lasting, evocative of jasmine in the breeze. Gentle uplift progresses to head-spinning effects. Warming comfort in belly. Epitomizes all the attributes that make Jingmai famous, especially for beginning drinkers. Stored in LA since April ’23.
