The ’07 LME Spring hails from the machine-pressed era of hockey-puck compression. Heavy-handed brewing imparts the strong taste desired by most, but light infusions early on are like drinking an amazing florally accented mineral water.
Spring is bona fine early spring material with powerful qi and rich texture to go along with its chrysanthemum/daisy florality. It’s surprisingly durable given leaf size, pointing to raw material from older trees, said to be of Banzhang, Nannuo, and Bulang material. Exceptional value. Originally Guangdong dry storage.
