Stored in Los Angeles since Aug ’18, Hideout has evolved from Zen to a medicinal and floral digestif to full on heicha fruity. Peachy, apricot, with pummelo coming in on the back end and nose. The texture is full, thick, and sweet. Active in the mouth, piques salivation from fruit sour and astringency. Originally dry-stored in Kunming. Brews best in clay. Comprised of Bulang, Banzhang, and Nannuo old tree qiaomu (老树乔木) material. 357g. Sample avail on request.
